Born into a local family of developers, perhaps best known for receiving the contracts to regenerate Arundel after World War II by the Duke of Norfolk, property has always been second nature to her.
Richard Sheriff has been a photographer and film-maker for over 40 years. His films and images have been viewed all over the world, both on screen and in the highest quality journals and magazines. Some of his clients have included Twiggy, Kate Moss, the BBC and ITV. Richard now focuses on architectural photography and currently lives in Arundel, West Sussex.
David is an exceptional asset and joins Pegasus with over 40 years of experience in the local property market. In 1972 David founded and built a successful estate agency Welby Dean consisting of 5 local offices, one of which occupied Pegasus’s prominent High Street office today. Welby Dean was so successful that it was purchased by the Halifax property group in 1988 leaving David to pursue his passion in surveying and developing.
